The core function of the Client Services Manager is to direct the operations across three vital workstreams: Key Accounts, Client Services and Technical Support. Requirements: • Relevant degree. • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an offshore financial services industry. • Minimum 5 years’ proven leadership / people management experience. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. • Tech savvy. • Values: Innovation, Integrity & Excellence.
